Slovenian Exclusive Economic Zone

Delete or at least re-name The article states "When Croatia proclaimed its own EEZ in 2006, Slovenia emphasised its own continued maintenance of territorial rights to access the open sea." So, apparently this doesn't exist and never has but might someday. Current title is a violation of WP:CRYSTAL. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:38, 20 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Keep but rename. This article cite reliable sources --->GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION OFFICE. It says: "On 22 October 2005 Slovenia declared a Protective Ecological Zone and the Continental Shelf of the Republic of Slovenia. On 21 February 2006 the country also formally notified the Secretary-General of the United Nations. Slovenia thus formalised its declaration of a protective ecological zone in accordance with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea." Delete. The article title seems a poor translation (a country part of EU claims an exclusive economic zone?!), but the content immediately jumps to the conflict with Croatia, so it strikes me as just WP:POV pushing. If there is a Protective Ecological Zone and the Continental Shelf of the Republic of Slovenia, then someone can write a proper article about it. There's nothing salvageable in this one.
